Burning Man 2022 on the Metaverse
AltspaceVR is featuring Burning Man on their virtual reality Metaverse LIVE until Monday, September 5. As part of Physical Burn Week, the event features a live feed from Black Rock City. The Physical Burn Week is brought to the Metaverse by BRCvr, a fierce volunteer community creating immersive VR experiences; there are six worlds to explore, each with unique artwork.
Burning Man is an annual Arts festival in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert. People gather there to celebrate self-expression and community guided by ten principles. This year’s Burning Man theme is “Waking Dreams,” which explores the transforming power of dreams and the inspiration of dreamers who channel their imagination into surrealistic art forms.
