ApertusVR is a development Metaverse platform that offers a set of plugins that extend ApertusCore with XR capabilities to enable rapid integration of XR technologies into new/existing developments. It features a “Distributed Plugin-in Mechanism” that allows humans and any element of the Internet of Things to be involved in a multi-user virtual reality scene. ApertusCore is a modular, platform-independent library written in C++11 that provides basic software interfaces and modules for logging, event handling, and plugin/configuration loading. It is also responsible for distributed data synchronization.
